Our Mission
Many adults wonder if they're neurodivergent but face overwhelming barriers: expensive assessments, long waitlists, and the social demands of traditional evaluation processes.
HeyAuDHD removes these barriers. We provide a safe, private, affordable space for self-exploration — not as a replacement for professional diagnosis, but as a bridge to better self-understanding and more informed conversations with healthcare providers.
Why We Built This
Economic Access
Private assessments cost 40,000-70,000 kr+. Public options have 1-2 year wait times. Self-exploration shouldn't require wealth.
Social Safety
Traditional assessment requires social performance — the very thing that can be challenging. We remove that barrier.
Better Preparation
Clear self-documentation helps professionals make better use of limited clinical time. You arrive prepared, they can focus on assessment.
