HeyAuDHD is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Because of the sensitive nature of neurodiversity exploration, we take extra care with your data.

What We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to provide our service:

• Account information: Email, password (encrypted), display name (optional)
• Assessment responses: Your answers to screening questions
• Conversation data: Your chats with the AI assistant
• Usage data: How you use the platform (anonymized analytics)

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and improve the service:

• Generate your personal profile and reports
• Improve AI conversation quality (only using aggregated, anonymized data)
• Send you service updates (essential communication only)
• Comply with legal obligations if required

AI and Your Conversations

Your conversations are processed by AI services (Claude from Anthropic). We use enterprise agreements that ensure: (1) Your data is not used to train AI models, (2) Conversations are encrypted in transit, (3) AI providers cannot personally identify you. We never share identifying information with AI services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We only share data: (1) With service providers under strict privacy agreements (hosting, payment processing), (2) When required by law, (3) With your explicit consent (e.g., if you choose to share a report).

Security

We use industry-standard security measures: encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication, regular security audits, and limited employee access to personal data. However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
