Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Keep your account credentials secure
Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate the service

Payment and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed according to your chosen plan (monthly, annual, or one-time). All fees are in DKK. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We generally do not offer refunds for partial months, but contact us if you have extenuating circumstances.

Intellectual Property

Your data belongs to you. You retain all rights to your assessment responses, conversations, and generated reports. HeyAuDHD retains the rights to the platform, assessments, and AI technology.

Limitation of Liability

HeyAuDHD is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on information from the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
